1. Claude Code is Fundamentally Changing GTM Engineering

I don't think you understand what's happening right now in GTM engineering.

At this point, all of my work starts in Claude Code.

I open up five terminals and I start doing growth activities in parallel.

My setup is pretty simple.

I just have an environment file that contains all the API keys for my entire software stack that I use.

And then whatever I’m working on currently I get Claude to build software to automate it.

And if I can't automate it, then I'm using Claude to do the “middle work” for me.

I'm stealing this term “middle work“ from the Linear founder.

The concept is basically that:

1/ you have an idea

2/ you do all the work of materializing it

3/ And then you polish the final output

That middle section. Number two.

Claude now does all that for me.

Below is how to get started and examples of things I've built over the last week.

How to get started

1/ Create a directory that you use on your machine.

2/ Open up terminal and cd into that directory.

3/ Run Claude code

4/ Describe what you want to automate

It is seriously this easy.

AI Automations

I replaced all of my AI automations that I was using N8N for with code. I deployed a server to Railway .com.

I didn't even make the server. I had Claude build it for me using the railway API

Now when I'm building an automation, I just go straight to code. No N8N middleware.

100 Landing pages in 30 minutes

One of my strategies for Google Ads is find the converting keywords and then build a landing page that's dedicated to that.

This increases the conversion rate of this campaign.

So I would basically extract the converting keywords and then I would create a landing page manually with the H1 being the target keyword. And then that target keyword also included in the paragraph one of the hero section.

now I take the target keywords. I give them to Claude. And I tell it to make landing pages for each of these keywords.

Literally seconds later, all the landing pages are built.

In the background, what's happening is we use the CMS Strapi to host these pages.

I'm just hitting the Strapi API using Claude Code to generate these pages.

All design is just code

When I couldn't sleep at 4am, I had the epiphany that all design is just code.

Like when you think about Figma, it's the underlying foundation is just code.

So why can't I make Facebook ads with just code?

So I had Claude design a Facebook ad template based off of a design example I gave it.

This is just react components cobbled together.

And then I export this template using HTML to canvas.

Build 40 Facebook ads in a couple minutes

Then I thought, why can't I make 40 of these?

This is my strategy.

You basically make a ton of different variations focusing on different positioning and messaging concepts and the winners go into their own campaigns.

So I then took this template and had Claude Code iterate over it to generate 40 different variations.

Right now, while I'm writing this, I'm building a connection to Facebook Marketing API using Claude Code so that I can bulk upload these to an ad set.

LinkedIn Engager extraction to cold email

So there's post echo viral on LinkedIn that have my exact target customer engaging with them.

So I had Claude wire up a slack function where I can drop in a LinkedIn post URL.

Then that gets sent to Phantom Buster to pull out all the engagers profile URLs.

Then Apollo IO enriches them for emails and first names.

Then Million Verifier validates emails.

And then those get added to an Instantly AI campaign that cold emails them.

What I just described above was built in about 15 minutes.

I think there's a massive opportunity to build a portfolio of best exercises for X outcome.

All of these could just be digital downloads.

But the real magic here is you build out tens of thousands of them.

And then this aggregate, this is probably a very good business that you could bundle and sell the IP.

All of my distribution would just be with Amazon and Amazon ads.
